I'm talking the kind of inner peace that can't be shaken, stolen, or compromised...

...the kind of inner peace that gives you full confidence in your own unique spiritual superpower...

...the kind of inner peace that turns self-doubt into a "can-do" attitude, 100% of the time...

"Uhh excuse me, Saoirse, but...the voice in my head? What voice?"

You know, that one.

Sit quietly for a moment and observe your surroundings.

What do you see? What other background noise is there?

The little voice stating "there's my desk, there's the mouse, oh I need to start dinner soon. Maybe I should face time my mom while I'm boiling the water. Are we out of Pasta? I shouldn't be eating that anyway..." and on and on... THAT voice. It isn't really you. And the more you listen to it and observe it, you will see that when you detach from constant inner chatter... you find the REAL you underneath.

I want you to know that if you’re feeling one-part curious, one-part confused, and one-part excited about what I’m saying, that’s totally normal, expected, and ok.

 

I’ve been right where you are now...

 

...wondering if the small glimmers of inner peace, stillness, and wonder in the beauty of life are really able not just to be felt, but to be lived from, on a regular basis.

 

 

Most people who are new to the journey of spiritual awakening (or, inner awakening as I call it) experience those moments gradually and become more and more aware of universal reality over the course of months, years, and sometimes lifetimes. 

 

Many gurus teach this practice takes time and would like to sell you the idea that living in a state of peaceful awareness is only possible if you are “enlightened”. This makes the awakening process feel insurmountable and at times frustrating.

 

Me?

Well… I went from having those flash-in-the-pan moments, to being hit over the head by a spiritual 2x4 all in one bizarre instant, and am here to tell you that inner peace is here for you NOW. To access at any point you wish. 

 

What happened?

Well, in a nutshell, I had a profound out-of-body experience five years ago that changed my way of thinking, being, and living forever.

My husband and I were so close, like, twin-flames close, that when he passed away in a tragic helicopter crash, he took my soul consciousness with him in his moment of death to another realm where I saw and experienced our true divine purpose:

To live through the presence and feeling of universal love.

My conscious DNA was forever altered by this instant, which, understandably is still a bit difficult for me to put into words. But what I saw in this transitional realm of cosmic life force is the truth which most of us will seek out over lifetimes of existence. It just so happened to be a parting gift from my husband’s soul to mine, which I received at the tender age of 28.

Whoa, right?!!

 Imagine being a hyperfocused, materialistic, "success" oriented millennial and all of a sudden having this experience. It was almost like my core drive was updated to infinity but still running off of a crummy old operating system (... side note… anyone remember those cute colorful Mac laptops from 1998? Yeah, like one of those). 

The grief over losing my husband felt different and complex, in fact, I was still working through coping the loss of my father from brain cancer the year prior. 

I wanted to be mad. 

I wanted to be a victim. 

I wanted to suffer. 

But, there was an underlayer of peace and joy that I could not ignore. 

I reflected on what I saw outside of my body and realized those “desires” I thought I wanted were nothing more than projections. So, I chose to begin living from this awakened state. 

I chose peace and fulfilment. 

I chose not to be angry. 

I chose to detach myself from the past.

My life is beyond what I ever could have dreamed for myself five years ago behind the curtain of deep loss and profound pain. 

I have been teaching the pillars of how I live mindfully ever since. 

If it was possible for me, I know without a doubt that inner peace is in your destiny too. 

I understand how challenging our world feels right now.

2020 has been one strange trip, right?!
